DesignExpert 7.0.3 Export problems

Hi,

Realizing that it's not likely I'll hear back until Monday on my problem, I decided to post anyway.

Using DesignExpert 7.0.3 I am currently unable to use the "Export Graph to file" and "Export Report to file" functions. It flashes the window as if the Save as pop up will appear, but nothing happens. This is factor analysis number 25 so I have used it successfully 24 times until this last one. If anyone has any thoughts on solving this problem, I would be very, very appreciative.

I have currently tried:
Re-boot
Re-upgrade DEX7
Open Design file from different location

Good possibility it is computer related but I'm not much of an IT guy either. Open to any suggestions.

Hi Alex,

If I understand this correctly, you could save the graphs on previous analyses, but not this one. Is that correct?

One thing you might try is to download the Design-Expert 7.1.6 trial and see it that also exhibits the same problem. Version 7.1 has additional export options.
